INJECTION QUILLS
Injection quills allow for treatment chemicals to be safely and efficiently dosed into pressurized pipes, tanks, or vessels. SAF-T-FLO carries a wide array of sizes, materials, and features that allows for each quill to be specifically configured for its intended application.
RETRACTABLE INJECTION QUILLS
Standard Service
Standard Service retractable injection quills are SAF-T-FLO's most versatile type of retractable quill. All standard service quills have in common a safety rating of 150psi. They are ideal for many everyday (and some not so everyday) applications.

Heavy Service
Heavy service injection quills are ideal for applications where there is excessive turbulence, high velocity, higher pressure or wherever the highest grade quill is required.

High Corrosion Resistance
Similar in design to our Heavy Service group, the High Corrosion Resistance (HC) series quill includes expanded materials options for the main connection assembly that allow it to endure highly corrosive process fluids.

Flanged Retractable
Our flanged retractable design combines the 250psi rated Dual-Bolt restraint system with a flanged ball valve assembly to allow for direct connection to a flanged branch outlet. The complete design results is a sturdy design, ideal for supporting longer insertion length solution tubes.

NON-RETRACTABLE INJECTION QUILLS
Compared to retractable quills, non-retractable quills are deceivingly simple in their design. However, this simplicity allows for them to take on some of the more challenging applications posed by metering systems. We offer four general types of non-retractable quill:
- With integrated check valve (IQ-50 and IQ-75 series)
- With integrated check valve and quick disconnect coupling (BCK-50 and BCK-75 series)
- Basic - threaded connections, no check valve (EB-110, EB-111, and EB-113 series)
- Flanged (CFI and CFT series)
